•Specialist in Maternal and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, social welfare practice/policy, bipolar disorder, group work; and, community development
•Studied social welfare in Canada, USA, Belgium, Belize and UK
•Collaborated with community-based and government programs in USA, Uganda, Canada, Belize, Kenya and Jamaica
•Educated, engaged, inspired and entertained international audiences through her lectures and presentations
•Highly effective trainer
•Widely published author of academic articles, op/eds, book chapters and an upcoming book on bipolar disorder
•Producer and host of campus radio show focusing on social policy
